Piece measuring ± 18 x 7.5 cm with several perfectly preserved leaves on both sides. They are not painted or highlighted, it is the oxidation of the minerals that gives them these colors. The largest sheet measures ±6 x 3 cm.
Family fossil Glossopteridales are a group of seed plants that arose during the Permian in the big southern continent of Gondwana .These plants went on to become a dominant part of the flora of the South during the Permian, although reduced to extinction the late Triassic Period.
