This text constitutes the CONTRACT stipulating the relationship between TESOROSNATURALES.COM (Mesas Sanchez, Nicolás, with ID 19.093.935-W and address in Cadrete (Zaragoza)) and You (the USER) when purchasing products through our online store TESOROSNATURALES.COM. The terms and conditions set forth below regulate access and use of all web pages located under the domain "tesorosnaturales.es" and their respective subdomains, all in compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). TESOROS NATURALES is a company specializing in collecting high-quality fossils and minerals from around the world since 1980. The purpose of the website is to showcase a significant and varied part of our collection online and sell our fossils, minerals, and gifts through our online store. 2. Users
Access and/or use of the web pages located under the domain "tesorosnaturales.es" and their respective subdomains confer the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use described here. As a prerequisite for making a purchase, the USER must complete a form with their personal data, expressly accepting these General Terms of Use and Contracting. TESOROS NATURALES reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to any User who violates these General Terms of Use.

The legal relationship produced by access and use of the Website is of indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate the contractual relationship at any time. If TESOROS NATURALES modifies the General Terms, this legal relationship will be terminated, requiring the Customer or User to adhere to the new general terms if applicable. The contract may be formalized in any of the languages in which the General Terms are available on the Website, at the Customer's choice.
5. Obligations
TESOROS NATURALES will provide the Customer and/or User with the maximum information about the product, price, description, and photographs if available. The Customer and/or User agrees to provide truthful information and to pay the product price, as well as any applicable shipping costs as described in the online order. TESOROS NATURALES shall not be responsible for consequences and damages resulting from the improper use of its products.
6. Products
TESOROS NATURALES will publish product details with the utmost care, ensuring they are clear, truthful, and comprehensive. TESOROS NATURALES may make modifications as it deems appropriate without prior notice, including adding, modifying, or removing Contents, as well as their format or placement on the Portal.
7. Order Management
The Customer and/or User must be at least 18 years old. Once the desired product(s) are selected, the "Shopping Cart" will display all selected products in a list, showing the product name, final price including taxes, and any applicable discounts. The User can complete their purchase by Creating a User Account or Buying as a Guest. In both cases, a form with personal data must be completed to proceed with the purchase. When entering identification data, such as the Postal Code for Spain or the Country for other locations, the shipping costs will be displayed automatically, except for cases where shipping is free, which will also be indicated in a message. The payment method can be selected, and a shipping address different from the billing address can be provided if desired. Clicking the "Confirm Purchase" button finalizes the contracting process after checking the box to accept the terms of contracting and privacy policy. Once the order is placed, it is subject to our acceptance. Within 48 hours, an email confirmation will be sent. TESOROS NATURALES is not responsible for errors or failures in the email address provided by the User and/or Customer.
8. Product Stock
Most of our products are unique pieces, and only some of our products depend on availability from our suppliers. If a product is out of stock, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative or the option to cancel the order, at the customer's choice. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. This refund will be the limit of our liability to the customer if we are unable to provide the requested product.
9. Payment Methods
Tesoros Naturales offers three secure and confidential payment options:
- Cash on delivery with an additional charge of €3 (Only valid in Spain).
- Credit Card with no additional charge.
- PayPal with no additional charge.
10. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Tesoros Naturales ships via Seur and the Spanish transport company Correos y Telégrafos. Delivery time varies between 2 and 10 days, with a maximum of 30 days. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country.
11. Guarantees
Tesoros Naturales guarantees that everything sold on its website is authentic, duly verified, and researched. All items displayed on the website are the property of Tesoros Naturales, purchased and/or imported with the corresponding licenses and invoices. The territorial origin and temporal dating of the displayed items are the personal opinion of Tesoros Naturales, based on prior study, but in no case does it constitute more than that opinion.
12. Returns
Tesoros Naturales will proceed according to the reason for the return as follows: If the item does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and have 14 calendar days to return it, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, starting from the day after receipt. You must notify us via email, and once the item is received at our company, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs as indicated by the aforementioned Directive. If the item is damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receipt so that Tesoros Naturales can file a claim with the transport company. The company will collect the item, send it to us, and we will refund your money as soon as we receive it. This situation is very rare, as we carefully protect all our shipments. TESOROS NATURALES, whether as the owner or as a licensee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Portal, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by TESOROS NATURALES or its licensors. All rights reserved. Under Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the mode of making available, of all or part of the Content of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of TESOROS NATURALES, are expressly prohibited. The User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by TESOROS NATURALES. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, bypassing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the TESOROS NATURALES pages.
15. Responsibilities
TESOROS NATURALES is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to the following actions: possible failures of the Internet server that prevent access to one or more pages of the Portal, errors or omissions in the Content, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful codes in the Content, despite having adopted all the necessary technical measures to prevent it.
16. Modification, Update, and Validity of Conditions

18. Applicable Law
In the event of any conflict, dispute, or legal controversy, TESOROS NATURALES and the User will be governed, as well as these Conditions, by the applicable Spanish regulations and will submit, if necessary, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Zaragoza, Spain.
