Return Policy at Tesoros Naturales
Right of Withdrawal.
Tesoros Naturales will handle returns according to the reason for return as follows: If the item is not to your liking, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and have 14 calendar days to return it, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, starting from the day after the date of receipt. You must notify us via email, and once we receive the item at our company, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs as stated in the aforementioned Directive. If the product is damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receiving the product so that Tesoros Naturales can file a claim with the shipping company. The shipping company will collect the item, send it to us, and we will refund your money immediately upon receipt. This situation is very rare, as we carefully protect all our shipments.
